Western Carolina University recently migrated from manage hosting of our LMS to a cloud based service. The success of this upgrade was due in part to the coordination with campus leadership to gain buy-in and minimize impact on the instruction schedule. However, the most significant factor was the rigorous testing conducted prior to the migration to ensure that all features of the LMS performed as expected. This presentation will include an overview of the testing procedures employed as well as the detailed checklist employed to evaluate the LMS in the new environment.
